EQUIPMENT FOR SOY PROCESSING

Optimal selection of technological equipment for soybean processing is a guarantee of economic profitability of production and high quality of ready soy products.

Soy parameters, raw material consumption, the possibility to change extrusion processing conditions and productivity, all these aspects are closely related to abilities of the technological units in production line.

Run up time, resistance to overload, durability of spare parts and smooth operation are highly important, no less than the cost of the whole line.

Soybeans cleaned from mineral impurities increase the wear parts durability of extruder and the oil press.

If you are interested in production of full fat soy, you have to keep the feedstock moisture of 10-12%

If you are interested in production of soybean meal (oil cake), you have to keep the feedstock moisture of 7-9%.

 

Extruder processes the purified and dried soya with capacity of 900-1200 kg/h.

The installed power is 92,5 kW. Wear parts could be used for 400 hours of operation. The operating voltage in the network is 380 W (max 415 W).

The processing line establishes a stable operation in 30 minutes. (based on temperature and capacity).

The extruder reduces the trypsin inhibitors activity (controlled by the level of urease), destroys harmful organisms, reveals fat cells and warms the raw material before it is fed into the oil press.

The temperature of full fat soy while it is discharged from the extruder is 130-150°C. Due to the high temperature of the full fat soy, the moisture is released in the form of steam.

Moisture is 2% of the total mass. That is, when processing 20 tons of soybeans a day, 400 kilograms of water are released in the form of steam.

You must control the moisture removal! Only imagine if you do not remove the moisture - every day up to 400 kg of moisture will condense on walls and electrical equipment!

Ventilated screw conveyor transports the full-fat soy into the oil press, during the transportation the temperature is reduced to 100-110 °С, the steam is removed. Capacity: up to 6000 kg / hour. Power: 1,1 kW.

Oil press mechanically presses out the oil from full fat soy in one pass. The ready product is a soy meal (oil cake) with oiliness of 7-8%. Capacity:  900-1200 kg/hour. Power: 22 kW. Long-life wear parts: from 5-7 thousand hours of operation.

The operating voltage in the network is 380 W (max 415 W). It establishes a stable operation in 3 hours (based on temperature, oil content of the meal, capacity).

 

Cooler reduces the temperature of the oil cake before it being transported to the shop. This equipment prevents the denaturation of proteins in the soy oil cake.
