  The main goals of extruder’s application EB-350:
useful economic utilization of the sunflower and buckwheat husks, flax sheave, wood chippings and other kinds of  vegetable biomass
production of the fuel with the heating value on the level of power-generating coal
 

    The following processes lie on the basis of this fuel briquettes producing technology:
    Dosated feeding of the prepared raw material

 

  Screw pressing of the raw material (SUNFLOWER AND BUCKWHEAT HUSKS, FLAX SHEAVE and well-milled waste products of hard and soft species of wood (WOOD CHIPPINGS) under high pressure within the extruder’s tool
  Raw material brief heating by means of heating coils, installed on the operating element – from 250 to 350 Ѱ.
    raw material burning-out  2-4% with the smoke emission  under the influence of high temperature
    steam emission 2-3% (from the raw material mass)
    smoke and steam outlet through the pilofacturing hole in the generated briquette
    lignine emission (natural polymer) under the influence of high temperature and pressure
    lignine fritting (fire polishing) leads to agglutination of the surface layer of FUEL BRIQUETTE
    FUEL BRIQUETTE outlet from the operating element and it’s transference to briquette divisor
    Receiving of the square FUEL BRIQUETTE with the length 150 (300) mm
    FUEL BRIQUETTE cooling


     
Received fuel briquettes do not include any binding materials, except one material – lignine, contained within the cells of vegetable material. Temperature during the pressing promotes fritting of the surface layer, which becomes more solid, which is very important for briquette transportation.

Extruder for briquetting waste products EB 350 conforms to ÒÓ Ó 30842484.006-2004.

SPECIAL ATTENTION!

RAW MATERIAL HUMIDITY – a very important characteristic, which affects upon the briquette’s density and marketable form and extruder’s capability. In case of exceeding the above mentioned demands, the briquette falls to voluntary pieces due to the excess of humidity, which comes out as a steam from the briquette. In that case it is necessary to dry out waste products before hand

One more problem – smoke utilization, which appears during the briquetting, must be solved by the consumer himself on the place of extruder’s operation.

The briquette, produced on extruder EB 350 is very close to coal by it’s physicochemical characteristics. Characteristics of received briquettes and coal for comparing are given below:
