Received fuel briquettes do not include any binding materials, except one material – lignine, contained within the cells of vegetable material. Temperature during the pressing promotes fritting of the surface layer, which becomes more solid, which is very important for briquette transportation. |

SPECIAL ATTENTION!
RAW MATERIAL HUMIDITY – a very important characteristic, which affects upon the briquette’s density and marketable form and extruder’s capability. In case of exceeding the above mentioned demands, the briquette falls to voluntary pieces due to the excess of humidity, which comes out as a steam from the briquette. In that case it is necessary to dry out waste products before hand |

One more problem – smoke utilization, which appears during the briquetting, must be solved by the consumer himself on the place of extruder’s operation.
The briquette, produced on extruder EB 350 is very close to coal by it’s physicochemical characteristics. Characteristics of received briquettes and coal for comparing are given below:
